| Put
the apples into a greased dish and spread with apricot jam.
Mix the arrowroot into the cold milk, with the butter, and sweeten
to taste. Stir over heat until it boils, then pour slowly onto
the apples and jam. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and bake until
a golden brown. |
