Milk

| Rub
the fat into the flour, then add the sugar and baking powder.
Bind with milk to make a 'rocky' mixture. Shape into a long
thin roll, like an elongated rock cake. Bake in a hot oven for
20 minutes. It should double in size and brown well. Serve with
jam. |
