Yorkshire Teacake Pudding Recipe |

teacake, fruited |

eggs |
| butter |
½
pint milk |
| 30z
citron peel |
sugar,
to taste |

| Cut
the teacake into slices, buttering each slice. Place in a buttered
basin, with peel between each slice. Beat the eggs, milk and
sugar together and pour over the bread. Cover the basin and
boil for one hour. |
