Apple Tartlets
Yorkshire Teacake Pudding Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
1 teacake, fruited 3 eggs
butter ½ pint milk
30z citron peel sugar, to taste
   
Instructions
Cut the teacake into slices, buttering each slice. Place in a buttered basin, with peel between each slice. Beat the eggs, milk and sugar together and pour over the bread. Cover the basin and boil for one hour.
