Yorkshire Savoury Pudding Recipe |

lb onions, chopped |
| ¾
oz chopped sage |

of milk |

egg, lightly beaten |
salt
and pepper |
| 8oz
white breadcrumbs |

| Mix
all to a fairly stiff consistency. Spoon into a greased pudding
basin, cover with greaseproof paper and bake in a hot oven for
30 minutes. Serve with the main course. |
