Yorkshire Sausage Roll Recipe |

lean pork |
salt
and pepper |

ham |
pinch
of cayenne, pinch of mace |

fresh breadcrumbs |

eggs, lightly beaten |

| Minch
the pork and ham finely, mix with the breadcrumbs and add the
seasonings. Bind the mixture with the beaten eggs. Shape into
a roll, tie into a floured cloth and boil for 3 hours. Serve
cold. |
