Apple Tartlets
Yorkshire Rabbit Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
1lm Lancashire cheese, grated salt and pepper
5 fl oz milk 8 slices toast
2oz butter 8 poached egs
½ made mustard  
   
Instructions
Put the cheese into a shallow pan with the milk, butter, mustard and seasoning. Stir over a very low heat until it is the consistency of thick cream. Pour over the toast, brown under a grill and top with poached eggs.
