Yorkshire Kipper Paste Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
2 large kippers 2 hard-boiled eggs
10oz unsalted butter  
   
Instructions
Stand the kippers head down in a jug of hot water. Leave for 10 minutes. Drain, remove the skin and bones. Pound with the butter and eggs. Put into small pots, cool, then seal with clarified butter.
