Yorkshire Kipper Paste Recipe |

hard-boiled eggs |
| 10oz
unsalted butter |

| Stand
the kippers head down in a jug of hot water. Leave for 10 minutes.
Drain, remove the skin and bones. Pound with the butter and
eggs. Put into small pots, cool, then seal with clarified butter. |
