Yorkshire King Cakes Recipe |

butter |
8oz
currants |
| 1lb
flour |
8oz
sugar |
| egg
yolk |
ground
mace, to taste |

| Rub
the butter into the flour. Add enough egg yolk to make the mixture
soft, then add the other ingredients. Put into cake papers and
bake at 300ºF (Mark 2) for 7 to 10 minutes. |
