| Beat
the butter and sugar until fluffy, fold in the sifted flour
and baking powder, then mix to a stiff dough with milk. Knead
well. Roll out thinly, cut into 2 rounds, and bake on a greased
baking sheet for 30 minutes at 325ºF (Mark 3). |
