Yorkshire Honey Pudding Recipe |

sugar |
2oz
soft brown sugar |
| 4oz
butter |
½lb
peeled, chopped apples |
| 2
eggs, beaten |
grated
nutmeg |

plain flour |
4oz
honey |
| pinch
of salt |

| Cream
in the butter and sugar until fluffy, beat the eggs, then fold
in the flour and salt. Sprinkle the brown sugar in a 2½
pint greased pudding basin, put in the apples, nutmeg and honey,
and pour the creamed mixture over it. Cover and steam for about
2 hours. Serve with custard |
