| Skin
and de-seed the tomatoes. Wipte the fish and place in a buttered
dish. Cover with seasoning and milk. Dice the tomato pulp and
add to the fish, with the mushrooms. Dot with butter. Cover
with buttered paper and bake at 350ºF (Mark 4) for about
15 minutes. |
