Haworth Cream Recipe
 
 
Ingredients
3 eggs, seperated 4 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in hot water
½ caster sugar  
grated rind and juice of 2 lemons  
   
Instructions
Mix the eggs yolks and sugar, add the lemon rind and juice, and the hot gelatine solution. Pour into a dish. Whip the egg whites stiffly and fold into the mixture. When set, top with whipped cream.
